In the 12th minute, Luo Ting Yuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pelicanul Negru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luo Ting Yuan scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vali Pană, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 21st play minutes Cyryl Poling shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Vali Pană and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Pelicanul Negru booed when SKY BLUE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vintilă Maghiran didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wit Posadzki in the 28th minute of play forced Pelicanul Negru's goalkeeper Ion Feroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Pelicanul Negru's Ion Feroiu got control of the ball when Isac Tomulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vintilă Maghiran kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Cyryl Poling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Pană saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyryl Poling took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vali Pană. In the 45th minute, Luo Ting Yuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, SKY BLUE's goal looked a bit too open when Luo Ting Yuan came free, but Vali Pană reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cyryl Poling stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes in the game, Luo Ting Yuan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vali Pană having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Luo Ting Yuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luo Ting Yuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Cyryl Poling notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of SKY BLUE's Vali Pană. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SKY BLUE's Ovidiu Iovanovici got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Cyryl Poling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vali Pană was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Pelicanul Negru's Francisc Oargă got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vali Pană made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luo Ting Yuan in the 87th minute of play. Cyryl Poling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pelicanul Negru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
