After 7 minutes of play, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's Luo Wei Wei made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Rednic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rapid Dobroesti's David Rednic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luo Wei Wei in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute Taurino De Paula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Negrilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Liviu scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Rednic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rapid Dobroesti's David Rednic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Rapid Dobroesti from getting a goal against them. Carandeni Piatra Neamt's Luo Wei Wei got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damian Liviu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but David Rednic made a huge save. Liviu Andreescu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Mihnea Gligan came free, but Emilian Negrilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horia Hurdubețiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Damian Liviu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carandeni Piatra Neamt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rapid Dobroesti the free kick. Luo Wei Wei kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Taurino De Paula stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Damian Liviu scored 3-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Rednic, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 54th minute, Luo Wei Wei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carandeni Piatra Neamt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Aquilino Manni kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Luo Wei Wei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Rednic having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorin Iorga during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's Dorin Iorga got a free kick in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Carandeni Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Zhang Yong Xiao came free, but Emilian Negrilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Rapid Dobroesti booed when Carandeni Piatra Neamt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Liviu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Carandeni Piatra Neamt getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Damian Liviu hit a great ball. Petruț Ticulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Rednic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luo Wei Wei, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Mihnea Gligan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilian Negrilă. Carandeni Piatra Neamt's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carandeni Piatra Neamt's Luo Wei Wei got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Luo Wei Wei off the ground. After 81 played minutes Carandeni Piatra Neamt got a freekick which was hit by Luo Wei Wei. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petruț Ticulescu got free with Emilian Negrilă in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rapid Dobroesti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mihnea Gligan in the 83rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Mihnea Gligan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emilian Negrilă quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 87 minutes into the match, Petruț Ticulescu notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Carandeni Piatra Neamt's Emilian Negrilă. Emilian Negrilă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Indar Coello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Rapid Dobroesti's goal looked a bit too open when Indar Coello came free, but David Rednic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rapid Dobroesti players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carandeni Piatra Neamt.
