Constantin Ţăranu came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Steaua Chitila's Dorin Săraru. But to his dismay, Dorin Săraru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nicu Chelbea took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantin Ţăranu. Constantin Ţăranu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Constantin Ţăranu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorin Săraru, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Constantin Ţăranu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicu Chelbea went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s Constantin Ţăranu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorin Săraru in the 17th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Avram Danciu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- and the SC Steaua Chitila players grew even worse after the yellow card. Avram Danciu kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When SC Steaua Chitila's Nicu Chelbea in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Pătran in the 21st minute of play forced C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s goalkeeper Constantin Ţăranu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Pompiliu Pătran sped through C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Constantin Ţăranu. 24 minutes into the game, Lucca Boieru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Constantin Ţăranu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Pompiliu Pătran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Steaua Chitila fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Nicu Chelbea kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Cristian Basarabescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.I.L. SIGHET -MM- and the SC Steaua Chitila players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Cristian Basarabescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lucca Boieru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute, Dorin Săraru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Steaua Chitila fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Lucca Boieru took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantin Ţăranu. Constantin Ţăranu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 40 minutes into the match, Lucca Boieru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantin Ţăranu. C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucca Boieru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. In the 43rd minute, Lucca Boieru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Ţăranu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. After the first half SC Steaua Chitila were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucca Boieru was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Avram Danciu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantin Ţăranu was a little too slow when Dorin Săraru got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-11. Constantin Ţăranu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucca Boieru went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. Dorin Săraru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Constantin Ţăranu made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, Dorin Săraru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Constantin Ţăranu. Dorin Săraru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-16. Patrick Kluivert scored 0-17 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Constantin Ţăranu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, one of C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-. In the 85th minute, SC Steaua Chitila got a penalty, and Lucca Boieru placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Constantin Ţăranu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorin Săraru in the 88th minute of play. After 88th play minutes Dorin Săraru shot 0-19, a short shot which went by Constantin Ţăranu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 91st minute, Nicu Chelbea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Ţăranu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-20. Constantin Ţăranu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucca Boieru in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded SC Steaua Chitila left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.I.L. SIGHET -MM-.
