After 8 minutes of play, JUVENTUS TORINO's David Mascovescu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dacian Vrabie was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the ITA Arad defense, Petre Alecu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Vrabie. The ITA Arad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Vrabie should have stopped the shot. Dacian Vrabie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petre Alecu went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Petre Alecu took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dacian Vrabie. Dacian Vrabie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After 23 minutes of play, JUVENTUS TORINO's David Mascovescu made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dacian Vrabie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernest Ghiciușca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Dobrotă in the 27th minute of the match. Iustin Tătaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petre Alecu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the ITA Arad defense, David Mascovescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Vrabie. The ITA Arad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Vrabie should have stopped the shot. Marcu Zdroană might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernest Ghiciușca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcu Zdroană ran back to his position shaking his head. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Victor Dobrotă made the kick off in the second half. JUVENTUS TORINO's Ernest Ghiciușca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Dobrotă in the 52nd minute of play. Dacian Vrabie came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by JUVENTUS TORINO's Petre Alecu. But to his dismay, Petre Alecu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. 57 minutes into the match, Iustin Tătaru notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of ITA Arad's Dacian Vrabie. Dacian Vrabie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to JUVENTUS TORINO getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. David Mascovescu hit a great ball. After some careless play in the JUVENTUS TORINO defense, Victor Dobrotă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernest Ghiciușca. The JUVENTUS TORINO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Ghiciușca should have stopped the shot. Dacian Vrabie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petre Alecu in the 69th minute of play. Dacian Vrabie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Mascovescu went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-11 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute, David Mascovescu made a precise shot to the right of Dacian Vrabie. ITA Arad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-12. Petre Alecu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Dacian Vrabie made a huge save. JUVENTUS TORINO's David Mascovescu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 85th minute, Iustin Tătaru made a precise shot to the right of Dacian Vrabie. ITA Arad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-14. 88 minutes into the match, ITA Arad's Victor Dobrotă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernest Ghiciușca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If David Mascovescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Petre Alecu managed to get in a good position for a shot. JUVENTUS TORINO's supporters rose to their feet, but Petre Alecu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dacian Vrabie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victor Dobrotă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Ghiciușca having to interfere.
