Horaţiu Senin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mihăiţă Fărcașu came out and tried to block the shot, but Horaţiu Senin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Mihăiţă Fărcașu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volli Hinn, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Ivan Dabija got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th match minute, FC TraLaLa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Udrişte to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of POLI TM booed when FC TraLaLa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Stoian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Dabija took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Allan Lumi. Allan Lumi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. FC TraLaLa's Ivan Dabija got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, FC TraLaLa's goal looked a bit too open when Alkın Yaren came free, but Mihăiţă Fărcașu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Mihăiţă Fărcașu managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when POLI TM's Adam Cărtărescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nicodim Popete hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. POLI TM's Allan Lumi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Murgoci in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute FC TraLaLa were awarded a corner. Emil Murgoci went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Emil Murgoci almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but POLI TM's Allan Lumi did a great save. Emil Murgoci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Lumi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC TraLaLa's Ivan Dabija got a free kick in the 39th minute. Allan Lumi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Romeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in POLI TM's zone, Paul Romeo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Lumi came out of the goal and Paul Romeo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paul Romeo was the one to do the kick off. POLI TM's Alkın Yaren got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mihăiţă Fărcașu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volli Hinn, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A collision led to POLI TM getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Horaţiu Senin hit a great ball. With a little luck, POLI TM's Allan Lumi got control of the ball when Emil Murgoci tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th match minute, FC TraLaLa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Romeo to maneuver through the defense. Mihăiţă Fărcașu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volli Hinn in the 73rd minute of the match. Emil Murgoci had several of the POLI TM's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Allan Lumi as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of POLI TM booed when FC TraLaLa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Gâdea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alkın Yaren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihăiţă Fărcașu having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Aurelian Marincean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
