Fransesco Neefs showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 7th minute, F.C.IZVOARELE DY-DA -BTF's Gabriel Ibrișin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Basarab Răduț. Basarab Răduț yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fransesco Neefs got free with Basarab Răduț in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 11 minutes on the clock, Marcel Torouţ commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, FC BARCELONA VLP's Marcel Torouţ got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Patrick Moberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basarab Răduț showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With his leg Basarab Răduț managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when F.C.IZVOARELE DY-DA -BTF's Fransesco Neefs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 18th minute, Mihnea Budulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC BARCELONA VLP's Basarab Răduț proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC BARCELONA VLP from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, FC BARCELONA VLP's goalkeeper Basarab Răduț had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Ibrișin. FC BARCELONA VLP's Basarab Răduț proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC BARCELONA VLP from getting a goal against them. Patrick Moberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Iordache Zăhărescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihnea Budulea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute of the match FC BARCELONA VLP got a corner. F.C.IZVOARELE DY-DA -BTF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Remus Rada ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Mihnea Budulea came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC BARCELONA VLP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihnea Budulea couldn't finish the play. Lawrence Blewett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Basarab Răduț made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Fransesco Neefs kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basarab Răduț. That made the score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 45th minute, F.C.IZVOARELE DY-DA -BTF's Patrick Moberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Basarab Răduț. Basarab Răduț yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Basarab Răduț didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lawrence Blewett went, in the 50th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Mihăiţă Ilieș hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Patrick Moberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Basarab Răduț. FC BARCELONA VLP's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Iordache Zăhărescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Budulea in the 56th minute of play. Lawrence Blewett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basarab Răduț having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fransesco Neefs in the 61st minute of play forced FC BARCELONA VLP's goalkeeper Basarab Răduț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC BARCELONA VLP's Basarab Răduț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fransesco Neefs in the 65th minute of play. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Fransesco Neefs sped through FC BARCELONA VLP's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Basarab Răduț. Basarab Răduț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fransesco Neefs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
