An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Mihnea Budulea got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mihnea Budulea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Basarab Răduț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fransesco Neefs in the 53rd minute of the match. With a little luck, FC BARCELONA VLP's Basarab Răduț got control of the ball when Lawrence Blewett tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dorin Stroie kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basarab Răduț. That made the score 0-5 in the 59 minute of play.
