Bernd Van Leemputten came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Carp Team's Vinicio Medina. But to his dismay, Vinicio Medina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toader Valerian in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernd Van Leemputten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Šiljak in the 36th minute of play forced Cosimo Deva's goalkeeper Bernd Van Leemputten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernd Van Leemputten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Šiljak in the 43rd minute of the match. Cosimo Deva's Bernd Van Leemputten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Šiljak in the 44th minute of play. The referee showed Isac Arghirescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cosimo Deva booed when Carp Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leontin Ciobica didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Cosimo Deva defense, Radomir Šiljak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernd Van Leemputten. The Cosimo Deva fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernd Van Leemputten should have stopped the shot. Cosimo Deva's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Nicu Stroici scored to the left of an out of position Bernd Van Leemputten, making the score, 0-5. Andrei Pușcașu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Deyan Piţurcă's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bernd Van Leemputten firmly grabbed it by the left post. Carp Team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
