The nice shot from John Forsberg in the 12thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Deyan Tătăruşanu had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Nechifor Baștină showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toader Valerian in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Radomir Šiljak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Academia D3c3bal FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Academia D3c3bal FC's John Forsberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Academia D3c3bal FC's Emanuel Sărăroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deyan Tătăruşanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codrin Dersidan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Medina in the 24th minute of play forced Academia D3c3bal FC's goalkeeper Nechifor Baștină to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Carp Team's Toader Valerian got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Carp Team's Vinicio Medina made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nechifor Baștină was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute Radomir Šiljak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrei Ungureanu hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toader Valerian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nechifor Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Šiljak in the 41st minute of play. Vinicio Medina might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nechifor Baștină. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinicio Medina ran back to his position shaking his head. Nechifor Baștină showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Šiljak, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Lucrețiu Oloieru put in a rough tackle. In the 47th minute of the match, Codrin Dersidan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Deyan Tătăruşanu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After the first half Carp Team were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Codrin Dersidan to make the kick off. Nechifor Baștină stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucjan Murdza's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Deyan Tătăruşanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Dersidan in the 58th minute of play. Radomir Šiljak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Nechifor Baștină made a huge save. Otto Veispak kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Nechifor Baștină came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Carp Team's Toader Valerian. But to his dismay, Toader Valerian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Carp Team made a substitution. Nicu Stroici replaced Toader Valerian. After a rather tough play, Academia D3c3bal FC's Codrin Dersidan got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Medina in the 82nd minute of play forced Academia D3c3bal FC's goalkeeper Nechifor Baștină to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes Academia D3c3bal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radomir Šiljak who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Carp Team's Radomir Šiljak to fire away a dangerous shot which Nechifor Baștină despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 87th minute, Carp Team's Lucjan Murdza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. In the 90th minute Lucjan Murdza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Šiljak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Carp Team got a freekick which was hit by Otto Veispak. Codrin Dersidan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Deyan Tătăruşanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucjan Murdza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nechifor Baștină read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Carp Team's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
