Bernd Van Leemputten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Forsberg in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Stan in the 9th minute of play forced Academia D3c3bal FC's goalkeeper Nechifor Baștină to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If John Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remus Stoicescu hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cosimo Deva's Isac Arghirescu got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some careless play in the Academia D3c3bal FC defense, Horia Stan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nechifor Baștină. The Academia D3c3bal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nechifor Baștină should have stopped the shot. Cosimo Deva's Bernd Van Leemputten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Sărăroiu in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes, Horia Stan made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Academia D3c3bal FC's Nechifor Baștină tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nechifor Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Pușcașu in the 38th minute of play. Dorin Pantilimon hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute of the match John Forsberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernd Van Leemputten skillfully saved the ball. Bernd Van Leemputten made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Forsberg in the 43rd minute. Nechifor Baștină showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Pușcașu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Bernd Van Leemputten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Dersidan in the 51st minute of play. Nechifor Baștină showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horia Stan, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th match minute, Academia D3c3bal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Diaconu to maneuver through the defense. Bernd Van Leemputten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Forsberg in the 57th minute of the match. Academia D3c3bal FC's Nechifor Baștină played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Stan in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Forsberg in the 64th minute of play forced Cosimo Deva's goalkeeper Bernd Van Leemputten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernd Van Leemputten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Dersidan in the 66th minute of play. Andrei Pușcașu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Nechifor Baștină made a huge save. Bernd Van Leemputten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Forsberg in the 72nd minute of the match. Bernd Van Leemputten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Forsberg in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Andrei Pușcașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Academia D3c3bal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Arghirescu came free, but Nechifor Baștină reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernd Van Leemputten came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia D3c3bal FC's John Forsberg. But to his dismay, John Forsberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Horia Stan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91st minute, Horia Stan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nechifor Baștină was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Andrei Pușcașu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cosimo Deva played a much better game than Academia D3c3bal FC and deserved their victory. The Academia D3c3bal FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
