Ernest Enciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremy Wenderickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Traian Torouţ made a precise shot to the right of Ernest Enciu. FC ANC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jeremy Wenderickx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC ANC's Lino Huarte got a free kick in the 12th minute. FC ANC's Ernest Enciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Wenderickx in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match PARTIZAN Baia Mare -MM- got a corner. FC ANC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexandru Stolniceanu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leontin Omescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Dacio in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Stolniceanu in the 18th minute of play forced FC ANC's goalkeeper Ernest Enciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Enciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremy Wenderickx in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, FC ANC's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Torouţ came free, but Ernest Enciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Traian Torouţ notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC ANC's Ernest Enciu. Ernest Enciu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amadeo Dacio to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucian Florei kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, PARTIZAN Baia Mare -MM-'s Ernest Enciu threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Traian Torouţ, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ernest Enciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandru Stolniceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the FC ANC defense, Traian Torouţ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernest Enciu. The FC ANC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Enciu should have stopped the shot. PARTIZAN Baia Mare -MM-'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
