The CRANGASI FC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when CRANGASI FC's Grigore Arghirescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Calistrat Pascaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grigore Arghirescu's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. A collision led to CRANGASI FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Eduard Postolache hit a great ball. The supporters of Minerul Baia Mare booed when CRANGASI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Agachi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faik Derem made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Andrés Silvera sent off a good shot on target. Calistrat Pascaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grigore Arghirescu's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute Grigore Arghirescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Pascaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CRANGASI FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Agachi in the 30th minute. Eduard Postolache made a great header on CRANGASI FC's corner, it was just that Minerul Baia Mare's Calistrat Pascaru managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Minerul Baia Mare booed when CRANGASI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucian Ipate didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faik Derem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toader Oniga, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When Gabriel Troncotă came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Minerul Baia Mare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Troncotă couldn't finish the play. In the 47thth minute of the game Grigore Arghirescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minerul Baia Mare's Calistrat Pascaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Grigore Arghirescu made the kick off in the second half. Cazimir Adomniței recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calistrat Pascaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigore Arghirescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Grigore Arghirescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Calistrat Pascaru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grigore Arghirescu in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Calistrat Pascaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Calistrat Pascaru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Grigore Arghirescu in the 71st minute. CRANGASI FC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Minerul Baia Mare's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emanuel Agachi took the corner. The corner led CRANGASI FC's Emanuel Agachi to fire away a dangerous shot which Calistrat Pascaru despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. CRANGASI FC's Faik Derem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Adomniței in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Grigore Arghirescu lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Calistrat Pascaru. 80 minutes into the match, Minerul Baia Mare's goal looked a bit too open when Grigore Arghirescu came free, but Calistrat Pascaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Toader Oniga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faik Derem was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. CRANGASI FC's Faik Derem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrés Silvera in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute of the match, Grigore Arghirescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Calistrat Pascaru saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 92nd play minutes Grigore Arghirescu shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Calistrat Pascaru and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CRANGASI FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
