The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dorin Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florín Galezu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Aurelian Zoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Peter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Juventus Țiu's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Sinulescu came free, but Dorin Peter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Florín Galezu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Boteanu got free with Izydor Wieloch in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Boteanu in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Izydor Wieloch, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Boteanu in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Izydor Wieloch saved BULDOZERUL SANTA FE from getting behind. Vali Zbârciog's late challenge caught a BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vali Zbârciog helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Juventus Țiu getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Vali Zbârciog hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Izydor Wieloch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bud Weiser, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After having played for 55 minutes, Bud Weiser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus Țiu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bud Weiser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Juventus Țiu's Doru Baicu got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute of the match, Mihail Sinulescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dorin Peter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Juventus Țiu getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gigel Gologan hit a great ball. Izydor Wieloch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Boteanu's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florín Galezu got free with Dorin Peter in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorin Peter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florín Galezu in the 87th minute. Gigel Gologan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorin Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Sinulescu in the 94th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Boteanu came free, but Izydor Wieloch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Juventus Țiu's Manuel Boteanu in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's goalie prevented a goal.
