Zafer Fırat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Izydor Wieloch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Leonard Zgaroi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolae Ghiorman having to make a save. Nicolae Ghiorman came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's Florín Galezu. But to his dismay, Florín Galezu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Mihail Sinulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolae Ghiorman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Sinulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Izydor Wieloch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zafer Fırat in the 22nd minute of play. After 26 minutes of play, BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's Mihail Sinulescu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolae Ghiorman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Dan Balint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poli AEK's Nicolae Ghiorman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Sinulescu in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Poli AEK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ramiro Vargas hit a great ball. Cordairo Carrasco hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Zafer Fırat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Mihail Sinulescu made the kick off in the second half. Nicolae Ghiorman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Sinulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With an all-out effort, BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's Nicolae Ghiorman threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mihail Sinulescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zafer Fırat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Izydor Wieloch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zafer Fırat in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Izydor Wieloch saved BULDOZERUL SANTA FE from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, BULDOZERUL SANTA FE's Mihail Sinulescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolae Ghiorman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Florín Galezu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute of the match Chen Xiao Yan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Izydor Wieloch skillfully saved the ball. Mihail Sinulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florín Galezu got free with Nicolae Ghiorman in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Mihail Sinulescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicolae Ghiorman. The goal made the score 1-3. Florín Galezu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of BULDOZERUL SANTA FE booed when Poli AEK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordairo Carrasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Mihail Sinulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mihail Sinulescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Nicolae Ghiorman made a huge save. In the 90th minute Mihail Sinulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Ghiorman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Florín Galezu made a precise shot to the right of Nicolae Ghiorman. Poli AEK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. When the match was over BULDOZERUL SANTA FE could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Poli AEK throughout the match.
