Arminas Kiudulas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shen Xi Bang, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Rovine Craiova's Jyrki Saarelainen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arminas Kiudulas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in FC Delta83 Tulcea's zone, Jyrki Saarelainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arminas Kiudulas came out of the goal and Jyrki Saarelainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jyrki Saarelainen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arminas Kiudulas having to make a save. In the 18thth minute of the game Jyrki Saarelainen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Delta83 Tulcea's Arminas Kiudulas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Rovine Craiova's Jyrki Saarelainen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arminas Kiudulas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcu Vârjean made a great header on Rovine Craiova's corner, it was just that FC Delta83 Tulcea's Arminas Kiudulas managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Rovine Craiova getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. FC Delta83 Tulcea's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vali Chivu in the 45th minute. The corner ended in Vali Chivu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara did a great save. Victor Negara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Gugea in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jyrki Saarelainen was the one to do the kick off. Victor Negara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurel Cârlan in the 58th minute. A hard shot 63 in the game by Aurel Cârlan from a close distance when the talented Victor Negara managed to make a qualified save. Rovine Craiova's players were relieved. A collision led to FC Delta83 Tulcea getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Codruț Panaitoiu hit a great ball. Arminas Kiudulas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jyrki Saarelainen's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Jyrki Saarelainen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Delta83 Tulcea's Arminas Kiudulas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicolae Tilihoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kacper Štilić hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Rovine Craiova's Victor Negara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Rovine Craiova from getting a goal against them. When Aurel Cârlan came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the FC Delta83 Tulcea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurel Cârlan couldn't finish the play. If Jyrki Saarelainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Victor Negara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurel Cârlan. When the final whistle sounded FC Delta83 Tulcea left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rovine Craiova.
