Well-Well Benne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavius Ferenț having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Club Vertigo's zone, Alex Cunea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidiu Caranfil came out of the goal and Alex Cunea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavius Ferenț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Well-Well Benne, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Stelian Murgu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavius Ferenț. Rasnita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stelian Murgu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Toacsen in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Stelian Murgu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Vertigo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Cunea in the 32nd minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavius Ferenț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Benne in the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Rasnita's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Iurea came free, but Flavius Ferenț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasile Iurea in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavius Ferenț saved Rasnita from getting behind. Flavius Ferenț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stelian Murgu's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Club Vertigo were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Rasnita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilian Moți took the corner. After a rather tough play, Club Vertigo's Romulo Lluis got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Horaţiu Chelbea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidiu Caranfil skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute, Sebastian Toacsen made a precise shot to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. Club Vertigo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Well-Well Benne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Flavius Ferenț made a huge save. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rasnita's goalkeeper Flavius Ferenț, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's Well-Well Benne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavius Ferenț narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 59th minute of play. Well-Well Benne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavius Ferenț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 68th minute of play. Flavius Ferenț made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Well-Well Benne sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț got control of the ball when Well-Well Benne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavius Ferenț stood somewhat misplaced when Well-Well Benne came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 73 minute. In the 87th minute Dorel Vintilescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Well-Well Benne's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Flavius Ferenț skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Club Vertigo were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Rasnita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emilian Moți took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Well-Well Benne heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Club Vertigo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
