In the 13th minute Gigel Chirculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Gigel Chirculescu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil. Ovidiu Caranfil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Vâtcu in the 19th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Dragoş Vâtcu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ovidiu Caranfil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gigel Chirculescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Ovidiu Caranfil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balaceanu UFC's goalkeeper Daniel Moron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute Club Vertigo were awarded a corner. Emilian Moți went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Club Vertigo's Vasile Iurea getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience was convinced that Well-Well Benne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Moron was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 35th minute of play forced Balaceanu UFC's goalkeeper Daniel Moron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dumitru Chiriacescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th match minute, Balaceanu UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Hârțan to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil got control of the ball when Adam Hârțan tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Well-Well Benne to strike the kick off in the second half. Stelian Murgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Moron having to interfere. Ovidiu Caranfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Hârțan in the 53rd minute of the match. Well-Well Benne's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Daniel Moron skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragoş Vâtcu in the 61st minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balaceanu UFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dumitru Chiriacescu in the 62nd minute. The corner led Balaceanu UFC's Dumitru Chiriacescu to fire away a dangerous shot which Ovidiu Caranfil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Daniel Moron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Benne in the 72nd minute of play. Dragoş Vâtcu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Balaceanu UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Horea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's Well-Well Benne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Moron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Club Vertigo defense, Dumitru Chiriacescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. The Club Vertigo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidiu Caranfil should have stopped the shot. In the 81st match minute, Club Vertigo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Well-Well Benne to maneuver through the defense. Well-Well Benne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Daniel Moron made a huge save. In the 87th minute Well-Well Benne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Moron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Caranfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Hârțan, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Ovidiu Caranfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Chirculescu in the 92nd minute of the match. Adam Hârțan scored 4-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Vertigo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Balaceanu UFC.
