In the 13th minute Vintilă Bădulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Cârneci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Seth Fulton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toader Cârneci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vintilă Bădulescu in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, Miguel Hernánde Delzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toader Cârneci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Barbăsură in the 25th minute of play. Plochi Fc's Toader Cârneci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Martxel in the 35th minute of play. Toader Cârneci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vintilă Bădulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vintilă Bădulescu in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toader Cârneci saved Plochi Fc from getting behind. Plochi Fc's Octavian Nicolescu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ioan Andone in the 43 minute of the game. After 44 played minutes Elfii got a freekick which was hit by Vali Barbăsură.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vintilă Bădulescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciprian Siteavu made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Seth Fulton sent off a good shot on target. Seth Fulton hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Plochi Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peker Suersan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elfii's Ciprian Siteavu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seth Fulton in the 67th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Elfii got a freekick which was hit by Altan Çağa. Seth Fulton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ciprian Siteavu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Vintilă Bădulescu sped through Plochi Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Toader Cârneci. 82 minutes into the match, Plochi Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Hernánde Delzo came free, but Toader Cârneci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciprian Siteavu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seth Fulton in the 83rd minute of the match. Toader Cârneci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Barbăsură, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. There was no doubt that Elfii were the better team. Elfii's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
