Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Daniel Jienescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by GoalHunters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stig-Åke Mager was slow to take the kick. During this time TAXI-MM-'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led to TAXI-MM-'s Gigel Lăzărescu getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With an all-out effort, TAXI-MM-'s Daniel Jienescu threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gigel Lăzărescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The TAXI-MM- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TAXI-MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
