The referee ignored Buffalo Timişoara's protests and gave Emil Banciu a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Buffalo Timişoara got a freekick which was hit by Emil Banciu. Claudinei Barral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Alisson Becker made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
