Kobra TEAM's King Kobra quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isac Pelin, made in the 12th minute of the game. Gheorghe Taşcău's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bogdan Crivoi firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bogdan Crivoi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gheorghe Taşcău sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute of the match, Gheorghe Taşcău got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bogdan Crivoi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. King Junior showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmin Florea, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ionică Lucescu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bogdan Crivoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bogdan Crivoi made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Gheorghe Taşcău sent off a good shot on target. Gheorghe Taşcău sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gheorghe Taşcău could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Bogdan Crivoi made a huge save. When Ionică Lucescu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Kobra TEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionică Lucescu couldn't finish the play. Olympique de Marseille's Bogdan Crivoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Olympique de Marseille from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gheorghe Taşcău managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kobra TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Gheorghe Taşcău was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Crivoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olympique de Marseille's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Gheorghe Taşcău scored to the left of an out of position Bogdan Crivoi, making the score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Gheorghe Taşcău made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Olympique de Marseille defense, Gheorghe Taşcău kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Crivoi. The Olympique de Marseille fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Crivoi should have stopped the shot. Gheorghe Taşcău recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isac Pelin kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Gheorghe Taşcău sped through Olympique de Marseille's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bogdan Crivoi. 65 minutes into the match, Kobra TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Feteanu came free, but King Junior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Crivoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionică Lucescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
