Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Haiduc Bumbata's Stefan Plesca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Buga in the 4th minute of play. When Simion Proca fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Haiduc Bumbata's protests and gave Simion Proca a yellow card for diving instead. Simion Proca kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Ciprian Prepelitã managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mavian UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciprian Prepelitã was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Plesca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th match minute, FC Haiduc Bumbata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgiliu Fratea to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Plesca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, Bogdan Buga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stefan Plesca. FC Haiduc Bumbata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bogdan Buga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Stefan Plesca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Prepelitã in the 39th minute of play. With a little luck, Mavian UFC's Jordi de Hoop got control of the ball when Simion Proca tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Bogdan Buga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimir Plugaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dan Inculet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jordi de Hoop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Vladimir Plugaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Haiduc Bumbata fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. If Simion Proca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. In the 84thth minute of the game Octavian Plop who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Haiduc Bumbata's Stefan Plesca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ciprian Prepelitã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
