Simion Luncasu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Delinschi having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Tudor Filip notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Dacia's Bruno Astigar. Bruno Astigar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruno Astigar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Pãcuraru in the 26th minute of play.
