Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sandu Bivol got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Neculaieni's Lilian Apostol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolae Curagãu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Neculaieni booed when NOMAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Izmanã sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduard Vartic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Nicolae Curagãu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Nicolae Curagãu managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Neculaieni's Radu Cerbu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 34 minutes into the game, when Abuzer Karaoğlan put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of NOMAD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Neculaieni:s goal. Nicolae Curagãu had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Bogdan Izmanã's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Lilian Apostol struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Nicolae Curagãu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neculaieni. Nicolae Curagãu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Izmanã in the 39th minute. Nicolae Curagãu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lilian Apostol in the 40th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Neculaieni got a freekick which was hit by Lilian Apostol. When Eduard Vartic came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Neculaieni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Vartic couldn't finish the play. Lilian Apostol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Curagãu having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogdan Izmanã to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Neculaieni's Bogdan Izmanã got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Lilian Apostol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ruslan Vasiliu fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neculaieni's protests and gave Ruslan Vasiliu a yellow card for diving instead. Bogdan Izmanã sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolae Curagãu came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Neculaieni's Bogdan Izmanã. But to his dismay, Bogdan Izmanã quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 66 minutes into the game, Pavel Crivoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NOMAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neculaieni the free kick. In the 66th minute, Pavel Crivoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolae Curagãu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard Vartic in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Izmanã in the 68th minute of play forced NOMAD's goalkeeper Nicolae Curagãu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes Neculaieni got a freekick which was hit by Lilian Apostol. In the 71st minute Bogdan Izmanã shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolae Curagãu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Godfredo Alfonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to NOMAD getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Cris Deprez hit a great ball. Neculaieni's Eduard Vartic got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Neculaieni's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Crivoi came free, but Iulian Iordan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfredo Alfonso kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Neculaieni booed when NOMAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Bogdan Izmanã cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Nicolae Curagãu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Neculaieni fans cheered their team off the field, for while NOMAD had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
