Ciprian Pricop didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viorel Tabãrã went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the match, Santos FC Moldova's goal looked a bit too open when Viorel Tabãrã came free, but Ciprian Pricop reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Afteni received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anton Cãpraru came out and tried to block the shot, but Dan Afteni slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 92nd minute. Ciprian Pricop came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Rapid Bucuresti's Florin Triboi. But to his dismay, Florin Triboi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Rapid Bucuresti had won after a very even match.
