Barcelona's Pascual Ipar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Platon in the 15th minute of play. Pascual Ipar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alix Brandenberger went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Red United's Petru Izbas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iain Coulshaw in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Alix Brandenberger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Barcelona the free kick. A collision led to Red United getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Alix Brandenberger hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iain Coulshaw in the 23rd minute of play forced Red United's goalkeeper Petru Izbas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petru Izbas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobiasz Cichowski in the 24th minute of play. Gheorghe Papuc kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Petru Izbas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iain Coulshaw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Boris Platon made a precise shot to the right of Pascual Ipar. F.C. Barcelona's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, F.C. Barcelona's Ken Kruus got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Boris Platon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascual Ipar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alix Brandenberger in the 37th minute. Pascual Ipar made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Alix Brandenberger sent off a good shot on target. When Luciano Romero fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Barcelona's protests and gave Luciano Romero a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes F.C. Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Romero. Pascual Ipar came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Red United's Alix Brandenberger. But to his dismay, Alix Brandenberger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Nemesio Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 73rd minute Alix Brandenberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, 孟延笑 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Red United made a substitution. Emil Braga replaced Boris Platon. A collision led to Red United getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. 孟延笑 hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, F.C. Barcelona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iain Coulshaw to maneuver through the defense. Petru Streche hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Pascual Ipar came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Red United's Nemesio Montxo. But to his dismay, Nemesio Montxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Alix Brandenberger took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Ipar. Pascual Ipar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-1. Pascual Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Braga in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Red United fully deserved thier win.
