The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marian Tãrâtã during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cãlãrasovca's Iurie Prepelitã got a free kick in the 9th minute. Donduseni CSF's Iosif Cucu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Brãgutã in the 14th minute of play. If Marian Tãrâtã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Iurie Prepelitã came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Cãlãrasovca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iurie Prepelitã couldn't finish the play. Marian Tãrâtã recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 played minutes Donduseni CSF got a freekick which was hit by Marin Ilies. Iurie Prepelitã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Cucu having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Simion Streche put in a rough tackle. In the 30th minute, one of Donduseni CSF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Donduseni CSF. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Cãlãrasovca. Stefan Enicov stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Iosif Cucu. 1-1. Leonid Vântu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patryk Burdzel having to interfere. Sandu Brãgutã received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Iosif Cucu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Sandu Brãgutã blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iosif Cucu having to make a save. Donduseni CSF's Iosif Cucu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Brãgutã in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Marin Ilies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Constantin Furdui made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Donduseni CSF's Marin Ilies. 61 minutes into the match, Donduseni CSF's goalkeeper Iosif Cucu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iurie Prepelitã. If Sandu Brãgutã had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marian Tãrâtã got free in front of the goal in the 68th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Iosif Cucu was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Leonid Vântu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patryk Burdzel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Donduseni CSF's zone, Marian Tãrâtã stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Cucu came out of the goal and Marian Tãrâtã tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sandu Brãgutã received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Iosif Cucu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marian Tãrâtã got free with Iosif Cucu in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iosif Cucu made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Marian Tãrâtã sent off a good shot on target. Iosif Cucu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cãtãlin Buruianã in the 88th minute of play. Sandu Brãgutã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Cucu having to interfere.
