Emil Graur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Iosif Cucu made a huge save. 4 minutes into the match, Donduseni CSF's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Iordan came free, but Iosif Cucu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Donduseni CSF's goalkeeper Iosif Cucu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emil Graur. When Stefan Iordan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 6 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Iosif Cucu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Donduseni CSF were furious when Anatolie Enicov was red carded, 8 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Nicolaevca CSF booed when Donduseni CSF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anatolie Enicov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Nicolaevca CSF's Stefan Iordan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Cucu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Donduseni CSF booed when Nicolaevca CSF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Iordan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th match minute, Nicolaevca CSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Untilã to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Vântu in the 18th minute of play forced Nicolaevca CSF's goalkeeper Emil Afteni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tudor Bordei's late challenge caught a Donduseni CSF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tudor Bordei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Nicolaevca CSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Bordei to maneuver through the defense. Iosif Cucu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vlad Untilã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Mihail Volontir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonid Vântu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marin Ilies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonid Vântu scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Afteni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonid Vântu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Emil Afteni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolaevca CSF's Emil Afteni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Vântu in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

59 minutes into the match, Donduseni CSF's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Iordan came free, but Iosif Cucu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Graur couldn't finish the play. Iosif Cucu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Graur in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Vitalie Cepoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th match minute, Donduseni CSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marin Ilies to maneuver through the defense. Emil Afteni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marin Ilies in the 76th minute. Stefan Iordan struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Iosif Cucu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nicolaevca CSF. 81 minutes into the game, Nicolaevca CSF's Emil Graur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iosif Cucu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Vitalie Cepoi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Donduseni CSF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Leonid Vântu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Nicolaevca CSF's Mihail Volontir got a free kick in the 91st minute. Leonid Vântu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Emil Afteni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
