Spectators: 9147 (Terracing: 6963, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 184) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gatis Dreģis kicked off to start the match. The FC Brankas fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when FC Brankas's Carl Helström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carl Helström in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingvars Rotkalis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Uldis Jomants made in the 11th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Igors Eidusējiņš however managed to control. In the 11th minute, Anrijs Švāģeris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Igors Eidusējiņš ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingvars Rotkalis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Zemgus Lakstenis might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingvars Rotkalis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zemgus Lakstenis ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Brankas's Igors Eidusējiņš slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ingvars Rotkalis. That made the score 3-0 after 19 minutes of play. Ingvars Rotkalis was a little too slow when Carl Helström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 4-0. Ingvars Rotkalis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Helström in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Helström in the 31st minute of play forced FC Latgale UNITED's goalkeeper Ingvars Rotkalis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Helström had several of the FC Latgale UNITED's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Ingvars Rotkalis as he didn't even see the shot coming. Xalbador Macho got a throw-in 36 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zemgus Lakstenis. Carl Helström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingvars Rotkalis made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Igors Eidusējiņš sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Latgale UNITED's zone, Zemgus Lakstenis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingvars Rotkalis came out of the goal and Zemgus Lakstenis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Latgale UNITED's Ingvars Rotkalis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FC Latgale UNITED from getting a goal against them. Ingvars Rotkalis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Helström in the 45th minute of the match. Ingvars Rotkalis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl Helström's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carl Helström to strike the kick off in the second half. Ingvars Rotkalis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igors Eidusējiņš, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ingvars Rotkalis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igors Eidusējiņš's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Igors Eidusējiņš sped through FC Latgale UNITED's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ingvars Rotkalis. When FC Brankas's Carl Helström in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Latgale UNITED's goalie prevented a goal. In the 64th minute, Anrijs Švāģeris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carl Helström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ingvars Rotkalis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Helström, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Dāvids Veiners charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dāvids Veiners the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes FC Latgale UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Dāvids Veiners. 70 minutes into the match, FC Latgale UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Helström came free, but Ingvars Rotkalis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvars Rotkalis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Helström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Igors Eidusējiņš notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of FC Latgale UNITED's Ingvars Rotkalis. Ingvars Rotkalis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 80 minutes into the match, Zemgus Lakstenis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ingvars Rotkalis. FC Latgale UNITED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zemgus Lakstenis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Ingvars Rotkalis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Helström went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. In the 88thth minute of the game Carl Helström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Latgale UNITED's Ingvars Rotkalis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Carl Helström sped through FC Latgale UNITED's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ingvars Rotkalis. When FC Brankas's Igors Eidusējiņš in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Latgale UNITED's goalie prevented a goal. 92 minutes into the game, Zemgus Lakstenis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Ingvars Rotkalis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingvars Rotkalis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl Helström's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Brankas had played much better football throughout.
