Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Smuidris Kikals started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Smuidris Kikals hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefans Nomalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Smuidris Kikals fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agnis Tamans having to interfere. Agnis Tamans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ģederts Zviedrītis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Smuidris Kikals charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Smuidris Kikals the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Neftchi Baku FC booed when FC Kirchholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Smuidris Kikals didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 minutes, Stefans Nomalis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kirchholm and the Neftchi Baku FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Kirchholm getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kirchholm's Smuidris Kikals slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Agnis Tamans. That made the score 4-0 after 37 minutes of play. Stefans Nomalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Smuidris Kikals recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Agnis Tamans. Smuidris Kikals showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jēkabs Pampavs made the kick off in the second half. When Smuidris Zidelis fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neftchi Baku FC's protests and gave Smuidris Zidelis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Kirchholm booed when Neftchi Baku FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Smuidris Zidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivars Svētais made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Guntis Tabulevics. If Raitis Bundzenieks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jēkabs Pampavs charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ārijs Neslers hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Neftchi Baku FC's goal looked a bit too open when Smuidris Kikals came free, but Agnis Tamans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Neftchi Baku FC's goalkeeper Agnis Tamans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ilgonis Nosuls managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neftchi Baku FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilgonis Nosuls was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgars Centers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Raitis Bundzenieks fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edgars Centers, passed just outside the right post. Stefans Nomalis kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Jēkabs Pampavs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgars Centers having to interfere. Stefans Nomalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Agnis Tamans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Neftchi Baku FC's goal looked a bit too open when Smuidris Kikals came free, but Agnis Tamans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jēkabs Pampavss short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Edgars Centers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Raitis Bundzenieks kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgars Centers. That made the score 5-1 in the 94 minute of play. Neftchi Baku FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
