A beautiful save bye FK LOHATRONI's goalie prevented a goal. When Grigore Drăgan came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Insane Raccoons FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grigore Drăgan couldn't finish the play. Saulvedis Šūpelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Mareks Vārpiņš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mareks Vārpiņš stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saulvedis Šūpelis's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Mareks Vārpiņš took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saulvedis Šūpelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Luís Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Mareks Vārpiņš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saulvedis Šūpelis in the 26th minute of play. Saulvedis Šūpelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mareks Vārpiņš having to interfere. Nauris Landzbergs made a great header on FK LOHATRONI's corner, it was just that Insane Raccoons FC's Mareks Vārpiņš managed to reach the ball for a save. The FK LOHATRONI fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when FK LOHATRONI's Nauris Landzbergs looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 36th minute Severīns Pirtslāva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Boklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Saulvedis Šūpelis put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mareks Vārpiņš. After having played for 46 minutes, Saulvedis Šūpelis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK LOHATRONI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saulvedis Šūpelis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Insane Raccoons FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FK LOHATRONI were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saulvedis Šūpelis to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grigore Drăgan in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Boklund saved FK LOHATRONI from getting behind. When Insane Raccoons FC's Grigore Drăgan in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FK LOHATRONI's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute, Severīns Pirtslāva made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Boklund. FK LOHATRONI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Mareks Vārpiņš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artis Stepītis in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute of the match FK LOHATRONI got a corner. Insane Raccoons FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Artis Stepītis ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Saulvedis Šūpelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Insane Raccoons FC's Severīns Pirtslāva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Boklund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Insane Raccoons FC's Mareks Vārpiņš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saulvedis Šūpelis in the 74th minute of play. FK LOHATRONI were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Insane Raccoons FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Artis Stepītis took the corner. The corner led FK LOHATRONI's Artis Stepītis to fire away a dangerous shot which Mareks Vārpiņš despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bruno Boklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigore Drăgan in the 79th minute of play. FK LOHATRONI made a substitution. Edvīns Reinbaks replaced Artis Stepītis. The corner ended in Pedro Luís Fantini almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FK LOHATRONI's Bruno Boklund did a great save. With his leg Mareks Vārpiņš managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when FK LOHATRONI's Saulvedis Šūpelis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 87th match minute, Insane Raccoons FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariuss Knutiņš to maneuver through the defense. Insane Raccoons FC's Alex Volponi was substituted for Kaspars Jociņš. A collision led to Insane Raccoons FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Mariuss Knutiņš hit a great ball. FK LOHATRONI's Bruno Boklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severīns Pirtslāva in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Mariuss Knutiņš was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Insane Raccoons FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK LOHATRONI the free kick. After a rather tough play, Insane Raccoons FC's Mariuss Knutiņš got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Saulvedis Šūpelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
