Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rupertas Eitutis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Elliott Valrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Balninkai's Agnius Abakas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vydas Eišmontas in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, FBK Sereje's goalkeeper Žydrūnas Norvilas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laurynas Pakalnis. In the 9th minute, Laurynas Pakalnis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Žydrūnas Norvilas. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bronius Prakapas got free with Žydrūnas Norvilas in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Žydrūnas Norvilas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laurynas Pakalnis in the 15th minute. If Laurynas Pakalnis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Žydrūnas Norvilas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Valrot in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Elliott Valrot fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. FC Balninkai's Agnius Abakas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rupertas Eitutis in the 22nd minute of play. Rupertas Eitutis took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agnius Abakas. Agnius Abakas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Bronius Prakapas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Žydrūnas Norvilas. That made the score 2-1 in the 29 minute of play. FC Balninkai were furious when Elliott Valrot was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 31 minutes into the game, one of FC Balninkai:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomas Kaučikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Laurynas Pakalnis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bronius Prakapas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Balninkai's supporters rose to their feet, but Bronius Prakapas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Žydrūnas Norvilas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agnius Abakas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vydas Eišmontas, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Agnius Abakas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Girkantas Domža in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Bronius Prakapas made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Darijus Bikulčius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FBK Sereje and the FC Balninkai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Darijus Bikulčius hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Tomas Kaučikas made a great header on FC Balninkai's corner, it was just that FBK Sereje's Žydrūnas Norvilas managed to reach the ball for a save. Agnius Abakas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupertas Eitutis in the 60th minute of the match. FC Balninkai's Agnius Abakas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Girkantas Domža in the 62nd minute of play. Nedas Urbonavičius kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, FC Balninkai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimondas Žalys to maneuver through the defense. Laurynas Pakalnis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Žydrūnas Norvilas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Tomas Kaučikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žydrūnas Norvilas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Bronius Prakapas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Balninkai's supporters rose to their feet, but Bronius Prakapas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bronius Prakapas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Žydrūnas Norvilas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Laurynas Pakalnis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Žydrūnas Norvilas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bronius Prakapas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurynas Pakalnis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Žydrūnas Norvilas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Rupertas Eitutis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Agnius Abakas. That made the score 2-3 in the 95 minute of play. The FC Balninkai manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing FBK Sereje to win.
