Spectators: 7730 (Terracing: 5799, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Klemensas Dauparas started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Remigijus Dovydaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Rofl FC's Klemensas Dauparas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Augustas Grėbliauskas. Augustas Grėbliauskas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 16 played minutes FC Veretej got a freekick which was hit by Faustas Dūdonis. Ligitas Streikus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Liudas Slankauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teobald Drozdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 2-0 became the score in the 24th minute when Arnoldas Nekrošius elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ligitas Streikus in the 31st minute of play forced Rofl FC's goalkeeper Liudas Slankauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Faustas Dūdonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Veretej's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustas Dūdonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liudas Slankauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, Dinaras Bakštys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ligitas Streikus to make the kick off. Ligitas Streikus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liudas Slankauskas having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Vincentas Karpavičius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Liudas Slankauskas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Faustas Dūdonis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Liudas Slankauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ligitas Streikus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klemensas Dauparas hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Liudas Slankauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ligitas Streikus in the 68th minute of play. Liudas Slankauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ligitas Streikus's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rofl FC's zone, Teobald Drozdowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liudas Slankauskas came out of the goal and Teobald Drozdowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ligitas Streikus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Liudas Slankauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augustas Grėbliauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldas Nekrošius in the 76th minute of the match. When Ligitas Streikus came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the FC Veretej fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ligitas Streikus couldn't finish the play. Dinaras Bakštys recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ligitas Streikus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liudas Slankauskas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rofl FC's zone, Teobald Drozdowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liudas Slankauskas came out of the goal and Teobald Drozdowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigijus Dovydaitis hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The Rofl FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
