Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aistis Jančys started the match with the kick off. Remigijus Stankus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žygimantas Bankauskas having to interfere. Juozapas Bulzgis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Aras Malakauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laimutis Asauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Naglis Ignačiūnas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK Zelabai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kiukiskiai the free kick. After a rather tough play, FK Zelabai's Naglis Ignačiūnas got a free kick in the 25th minute. Aistis Jančys blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Žygimantas Bankauskas having to make a save. If Aistis Jančys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Remigijus Stankus came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the FK Zelabai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigijus Stankus couldn't finish the play. Aistis Jančys might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Žygimantas Bankauskas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aistis Jančys ran back to his position shaking his head. Airūnas Greičius charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Airūnas Greičius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Airūnas Greičius kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Remigijus Stankus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Žygimantas Bankauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilis Pakalniškis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laimutis Asauskas made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, FK Zelabai's Remigijus Stankus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Žygimantas Bankauskas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Remigijus Stankus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juozapas Bulzgis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Žygimantas Bankauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aistis Jančys in the 69th minute of play. After 73 played minutes FC Kiukiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Jogaila Dališanskis. Žygimantas Bankauskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aistis Jančys, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. FC Kiukiskiai's Žygimantas Bankauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigijus Stankus in the 85th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, FC Kiukiskiai's goal looked a bit too open when Aistis Jančys came free, but Žygimantas Bankauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Zelabai were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
