SIELA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC RIM&SON the free kick. After 14 minutes, Nedas Andrašiūnas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC RIM&SON and the SIELA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nedas Andrašiūnas hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Gvidonas Gricius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vykintas Bacys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gvidonas Gricius having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vykintas Bacys in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gvidonas Gricius saved SIELA from getting behind. SIELA's Gvidonas Gricius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vykintas Bacys in the 35th minute of play. If Vykintas Bacys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th match minute, SIELA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kęstutis Raskevičius to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SIELA's Kęstutis Raskevičius got a free kick in the 67th minute. Gvidonas Gricius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vykintas Bacys in the 69th minute of play. SIELA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gvidonas Gricius was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Vykintas Bacys capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vykintas Bacys really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 86th minute, one of SIELA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SIELA. The goalkeeper, Gvidonas Gricius, was totally fooled by FC RIM&SON's Vidmantas Alvinskas, who 88 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Arne Lindsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gvidonas Gricius having to interfere. Regimantas Kiudulas's late challenge caught a FC RIM&SON's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Regimantas Kiudulas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, SIELA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regimantas Kiudulas to maneuver through the defense. Bernardas Račinskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gvidonas Gricius having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, SIELA's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Lapkauskas came free, but Gvidonas Gricius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardas Račinskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded FC RIM&SON left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SIELA.
