But to his dismay, Darius Pipiras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Ovidijus Miknys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darius Pipiras in the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rimvydas Gruodis got free with Aras Pocevičius in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Algitas Zaveckas succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. In the 26th match minute, FK Gibaych was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dobilas Preikšaitis to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Algitas Zaveckas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aras Pocevičius was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Rokas Genčiauskas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The supporters of FK Dyrzh booed when FK Gibaych was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darius Pipiras was the one to do the kick off. FK Gibaych's Ovidijus Miknys proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FK Gibaych from getting a goal against them. Darius Pipiras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ovidijus Miknys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rokas Genčiauskas hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When FK Gibaych's Algitas Zaveckas in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FK Dyrzh's goalie prevented a goal.
