Laimonas Šarkauskas scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalius Dumskis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 14th play minutes Orestas Naudužas shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Dalius Dumskis and just under the crossbar into goal. If Ričardas Papšys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalius Dumskis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laimonas Šarkauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Amaliu's Paulius Lemežis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astijus Repeika made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 32nd minute, Ričardas Papšys made a precise shot to the right of Astijus Repeika. FK Povinks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Paulius Lemežis kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, Amaliu's Paulius Lemežis made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astijus Repeika was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orestas Naudužas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Dalius Dumskis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalius Dumskis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orestas Naudužas in the 44th minute of the match. Dalius Dumskis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orestas Naudužas's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orestas Naudužas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FK Povinks's goalkeeper Astijus Repeika, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Astijus Repeika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulius Lemežis, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 59th play minutes Laimonas Šarkauskas shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Dalius Dumskis and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulius Lemežis in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astijus Repeika prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dalius Dumskis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasys Ragaišis in the 71st minute of play. Astijus Repeika stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ričardas Papšys's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Amaliu getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Raimundas Žadeika hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ričardas Papšys in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astijus Repeika prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ričardas Papšys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute Ričardas Papšys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astijus Repeika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ugnius Jašinskas hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Astijus Repeika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulius Lemežis, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
