FK Kurshenay's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vilmantas Andriulaitis 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 2-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Eduardas Alkauskas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rimas Kuzminskas was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Vilmantas Andriulaitis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vilmantas Andriulaitis really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Pranas Ivanauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of FK Sakal booed when FK Kurshenay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurynas Martinaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Algitas Tamulis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rimas Kuzminskas , 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

FK Sakal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
