Spectators: 8993 (Terracing: 6750, Seating: 2070, VIP seats: 173) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abel Neto started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Zhidelyay's Abel Neto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 7th minute Petras Bračas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Vilius Čiuzas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legionas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zhidelyay the free kick. After 9 played minutes Legionas got a freekick which was hit by Vilius Čiuzas. Girkantas Bikas was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Petras Bračas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Petras Bračas really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Legionas's Girkantas Bikas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Legionas from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Legionas's goalkeeper Girkantas Bikas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Þórlaugur Vignisson. After 19 minutes of play, Zhidelyay's Þórlaugur Vignisson made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Girkantas Bikas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Girkantas Bikas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jullian Elens's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Girkantas Bikas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jullian Elens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Neto got free with Girkantas Bikas in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abel Neto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Girkantas Bikas firmly grabbed it by the left post. 29 minutes into the game, Jullian Elens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Girkantas Bikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32nd play minutes Jullian Elens shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Girkantas Bikas and just under the crossbar into goal. 37 minutes into the game, Abel Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Girkantas Bikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute, Þórlaugur Vignisson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Girkantas Bikas was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Girkantas Bikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jullian Elens in the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Legionas's goalkeeper Girkantas Bikas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstantinas Zinkevičius. 47 minutes into the match, Legionas's goal looked a bit too open when Audrius Rekašius came free, but Girkantas Bikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rupertas Jančys made a kick off. Audrius Rekašius scored 9-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Girkantas Bikas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 55 minutes of play, Zhidelyay's Abel Neto made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Girkantas Bikas was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jullian Elens in the 58th minute of play forced Legionas's goalkeeper Girkantas Bikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Faustão Paraíba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legionas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zhidelyay the free kick. 59 minutes into the match, Abel Neto notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Legionas's Girkantas Bikas. Girkantas Bikas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Abel Neto put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Girkantas Bikas. Zhidelyay made a substitution. Agatas Dambauskas replaced Konstantinas Zinkevičius. Zhidelyay made a substitution. Jim Söderqvist replaced Audrius Rekašius. In the 67th minute Þórlaugur Vignisson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Legionas defense, Petras Bračas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Girkantas Bikas. The Legionas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Girkantas Bikas should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jullian Elens in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Girkantas Bikas saved Legionas from getting behind. In the 76th minute Petras Bračas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Zhidelyay's Þórlaugur Vignisson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Girkantas Bikas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. The Zhidelyay fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Zhidelyay's Redas Rimkevičius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 15-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 87 minutes into the match, Jullian Elens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Girkantas Bikas. Legionas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jullian Elens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 16-0. Girkantas Bikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Þórlaugur Vignisson in the 92nd minute of play. Legionas's Girkantas Bikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Redas Rimkevičius in the 94th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zhidelyay had played much better football throughout.
