FC Klaipeda United's Oxel Crespo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petras Janauskas in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of FC Klaipeda United booed when Kandys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Owe Simmelkiær didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lenny Hoarau in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oxel Crespo saved FC Klaipeda United from getting behind. Oxel Crespo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenny Hoarau, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenny Hoarau in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oxel Crespo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Kandys's Remigijus Žirgulis got control of the ball when Jerónimo Caetano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigijus Žirgulis made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Mantas Malinauskas sent off a good shot on target. Oxel Crespo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Hoarau in the 40th minute of play. Petras Janauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Oxel Crespo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Kandys's goal looked a bit too open when Mantas Malinauskas came free, but Remigijus Žirgulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, FC Klaipeda United's goal looked a bit too open when Lenny Hoarau came free, but Oxel Crespo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

FC Klaipeda United made a substitution. Nils Smed replaced Herkus Danilevičius. Lenny Hoarau took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oxel Crespo. Oxel Crespo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lenny Hoarau in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oxel Crespo saved FC Klaipeda United from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Kandys's goal looked a bit too open when Mantas Malinauskas came free, but Remigijus Žirgulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kandys were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after FC Klaipeda United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cyryl Bryk took the corner. After taking down the ball on Kandys's corner Cyryl Bryk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oxel Crespo quite easily take care of the ball. 95 minutes into the match, FC Klaipeda United's goal looked a bit too open when Lenny Hoarau came free, but Oxel Crespo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Klaipeda United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Lenny Hoarau 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5.
