Spectators: 9212 (Terracing: 6911, Seating: 2118, VIP seats: 183) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rupertas Jančys started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Algirdas Žukauskas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Girkantas Bikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to FK Didvieciai getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Gytis Remeikis hit a great ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Algirdas Žukauskas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Didvieciai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Algirdas Žukauskas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 12 minutes, Raimundas Kabašinskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legionas and the FK Didvieciai players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 17 minutes, Heiko Wiesemann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Didvieciai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heiko Wiesemann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Legionas's goal looked a bit too open when Algirdas Žukauskas came free, but Girkantas Bikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Girkantas Bikas came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Didvieciai's Algirdas Žukauskas. But to his dismay, Algirdas Žukauskas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 24thth minute of the game Stanislovas Aliukonis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legionas's Girkantas Bikas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Girkantas Bikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heiko Wiesemann in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, FK Didvieciai's Algirdas Žukauskas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Girkantas Bikas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th minute FK Didvieciai were awarded a corner. Aurelijus Budnikas went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Aurelijus Budnikas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Girkantas Bikas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 30thth minute of the game Stanislovas Aliukonis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legionas's Girkantas Bikas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Girkantas Bikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislovas Aliukonis in the 31st minute of play. If Algirdas Žukauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stanislovas Aliukonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Algirdas Žukauskas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, FK Didvieciai's Heiko Wiesemann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Girkantas Bikas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Legionas's Girkantas Bikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algirdas Žukauskas in the 40th minute of play. Gytis Remeikis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Algirdas Žukauskas scored 0-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Girkantas Bikas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Stanislovas Aliukonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Girkantas Bikas having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Alfredo Benat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislovas Aliukonis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Girkantas Bikas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 58 minutes into the game, Algirdas Žukauskas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Girkantas Bikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 61 minutes in the game Bronislovas Kardelis did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Algirdas Žukauskas. In the 65th minute, Vilius Čiuzas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislovas Aliukonis took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Girkantas Bikas. Girkantas Bikas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Legionas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Alfredo Benat scored to the left of an out of position Girkantas Bikas, making the score, 0-7. After having played for 77 minutes, Dominykas Laivys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Didvieciai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominykas Laivys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Heiko Wiesemann took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Girkantas Bikas to make any attempt to save it. In the 83rd minute Algirdas Žukauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Girkantas Bikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Algirdas Žukauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legionas's Girkantas Bikas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Legionas defense, Algirdas Žukauskas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Girkantas Bikas. The Legionas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Girkantas Bikas should have stopped the shot. Girkantas Bikas was a little too slow when Algirdas Žukauskas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-10. 92 minutes into the game, Algirdas Birbilas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legionas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Didvieciai the free kick. A collision led to Legionas getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Algirdas Birbilas hit a great ball. Legionas's Girkantas Bikas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Legionas from getting a goal against them. 96 minutes into the match, Stanislovas Aliukonis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Girkantas Bikas. Legionas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislovas Aliukonis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11.
