Spectators: 4860 (Terracing: 4106, Seating: 654, VIP seats: 100) Grigoris Anthoulis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Chrisostomos Seferis managed to get in a good position for a shot. DODONI EAGLES's supporters rose to their feet, but Chrisostomos Seferis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Zachopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Chrisostomos Seferis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Ludomil Smolarek fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Chrisostomos Seferis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Chrisostomos Seferis made a precise shot to the right of Kostas Zachopoulos. Strimonokhσri BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Loukas Massoutas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kostas Zachopoulos having to interfere. Chrisostomos Seferis charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chrisostomos Seferis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes DODONI EAGLES got a freekick which was hit by Chrisostomos Seferis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chrisostomos Seferis got free with Kostas Zachopoulos in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fotis Skilopnichtis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ermis Patinios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kostas Zachopoulos came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by DODONI EAGLES's Chrisostomos Seferis. But to his dismay, Chrisostomos Seferis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The attack was good, but when Chrisostomos Seferis in the 44th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 46th minute Fotis Skilopnichtis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermis Patinios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Kostas Zachopoulos managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when DODONI EAGLES's Chrisostomos Seferis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chrisostomos Seferis made a kick off. Strimonokhσri BC's Fotis Skilopnichtis got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kostas Zachopoulos came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by DODONI EAGLES's Ludomil Smolarek. But to his dismay, Ludomil Smolarek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. DODONI EAGLES's Chrisostomos Seferis suffered a concussion after 61 minutes and had to leave the field. DODONI EAGLES's Sotos Bosis was substituted for Chrisostomos Seferis. Alekos Kalamaridis kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Fragiskos Moras sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Strimonokhσri BC's Kostas Zachopoulos didn't even have to move. When DODONI EAGLES's Sotos Bosis in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Strimonokhσri BC's goalie prevented a goal. Kostas Zachopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sotos Bosis's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After 69 minutes, Grigoris Anthoulis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Strimonokhσri BC and the DODONI EAGLES players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Strimonokhσri BC's Grigoris Anthoulis got a free kick in the 69th minute. Grigoris Anthoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kostas Zachopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Smolarek in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomil Smolarek in the 80th minute of play forced Strimonokhσri BC's goalkeeper Kostas Zachopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Zachopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotos Bosis in the 81st minute of play. Strimonokhσri BC's Kostas Zachopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Smolarek in the 85th minute of play. Loukas Massoutas struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Kostas Zachopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DODONI EAGLES. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sotos Bosis in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kostas Zachopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute, Ludomil Smolarek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kostas Zachopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Kostas Zachopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomil Smolarek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97thth minute of the game Sotos Bosis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strimonokhσri BC's Kostas Zachopoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There was no doubt that DODONI EAGLES were the better team. DODONI EAGLES's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
