The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Petros Pallis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themos Saridakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menios Varemenos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marios Mavroulis in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Mesochóra FC's Makis Karamanis got a free kick in the 15th minute. Menios Varemenos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Panagiotis Rellis. Chatziioannou Maladenis charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chatziioannou Maladenis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, one of Mesochóra FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mesochóra FC. Panagiotis Rellis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Dorotheos Kostaras scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Themos Saridakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Euric FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Notis Vasiliadis hit a great ball. Petros Pallis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themos Saridakis having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Marios Mavroulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Euric FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marios Mavroulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aimilios Meintanis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute Petros Pallis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themos Saridakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute Dorotheos Kostaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themos Saridakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Aimilios Meintanis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euric FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aimilios Meintanis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Menios Varemenos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Themos Saridakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petros Pallis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Themos Saridakis made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Dorotheos Kostaras sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Euric FC's Themos Saridakis got control of the ball when Dorotheos Kostaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Notis Vasiliadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Mesochóra FC's Petros Pallis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Notis Vasiliadis hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Makis Karamanis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mesochóra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Euric FC the free kick. A collision led to Mesochóra FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Makis Karamanis hit a great ball. Marios Mavroulis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Menios Varemenos having to make a save. 86 minutes into the match, Euric FC's goalkeeper Themos Saridakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorotheos Kostaras. In the 87th minute, Aimilios Meintanis made a precise shot to the right of Menios Varemenos. Mesochóra FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 94th minute, Dorotheos Kostaras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
