The Silver Ronins fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Silver Ronins's Spyros Koumaditis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 9 minutes into the match, Spyros Koumaditis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Team Lucifer's Petros Trabakoulos. Petros Trabakoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Team Lucifer's Petros Trabakoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omiros Pantelatos in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Pavlos Saridakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Lucifer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Silver Ronins the free kick. The supporters of Silver Ronins booed when Team Lucifer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavlos Saridakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Team Lucifer's Gerasimos Peridis got a free kick in the 21st minute. Silver Ronins's Markos Labrakis got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konstantinos Ntaliardos's late challenge caught a Silver Ronins's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konstantinos Ntaliardos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Team Lucifer's Konstantinos Ntaliardos got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Konstantinos Ntaliardos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. The audience was convinced that Omiros Pantelatos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petros Trabakoulos was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Spyros Koumaditis struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Petros Trabakoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silver Ronins. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spyros Koumaditis in the 34th minute of play forced Team Lucifer's goalkeeper Petros Trabakoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omiros Pantelatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Petros Trabakoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Spyros Koumaditis made a precise shot to the right of Petros Trabakoulos. Team Lucifer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Spyros Koumaditis made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Spyros Koumaditis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Petros Trabakoulos, passed just outside the right post. When Spyros Koumaditis came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Silver Ronins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Spyros Koumaditis couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilias Panopoulos got free with Petros Trabakoulos in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Spyros Koumaditis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spyros Koumaditis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Silver Ronins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markos Labrakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Team Lucifer's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Omiros Pantelatos scored to the left of an out of position Petros Trabakoulos, making the score, 0-5. A collision led to Team Lucifer getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Panagiotis Koutsospyros hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Team Lucifer's zone, Spyros Koumaditis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petros Trabakoulos came out of the goal and Spyros Koumaditis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Nasos Tzanetakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petros Trabakoulos made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Spyros Koumaditis sent off a good shot on target. Silver Ronins's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
