Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aimilios Skalidis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ricardo Moutinho struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Stelios Dimis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SIDARI FC. SIDARI FC's Eugenios Mitrakoglou got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ricardo Moutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. SIDARI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Moutinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stelios Dimis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ricardo Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SIDARI FC's Jon Törnblom managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diogenis Zografos in the 12 minute of the game. Ricardo Moutinho took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stelios Dimis. Stelios Dimis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Argyris Kalakos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aggelos Giataganis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stelios Dimis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Moutinho's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Moutinho to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Palaiókipos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonidas Asimiadis to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Eugenios Mitrakoglou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenios Mitrakoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panos Perakakis during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SIDARI FC booed when Palaiókipos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Perakakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argyris Kalakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Stelios Dimis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Kalakos in the 88th minute of play forced Palaiókipos FC's goalkeeper Stelios Dimis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aggelos Giataganis got free with Stelios Dimis in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute Ricardo Moutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelios Dimis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stelios Dimis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Moutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
