Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stelios Petridis got the match started through his kick off. Andreas Moschos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Vaios Bartzokas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Aimilios Triantafyllidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonis Venetis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hjalmar Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelios Petridis in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, NEAR EAST's goal looked a bit too open when Antonis Venetis came free, but Hjalmar Bengtsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, NEAR EAST's Egoitz Baeza got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 39th match minute, Delitatika was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimilios Triantafyllidis to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Delitatika getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Antonis Venetis hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, NEAR EAST's goalkeeper Hjalmar Bengtsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stelios Petridis. Hjalmar Bengtsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stelios Petridis in the 46th minute. Stelios Petridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egoitz Baeza to make the kick off. Antonis Venetis scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hjalmar Bengtsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of NEAR EAST booed when Delitatika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aimilios Triantafyllidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. NEAR EAST's Thrasivoulos Kefalopoulos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Vaios Bartzokas but with some difficulty. Egoitz Baeza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vaios Bartzokas came out and tried to block the shot, but Egoitz Baeza slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 65th minute. Hjalmar Bengtsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelios Petridis in the 68th minute of play. Aimilios Triantafyllidis hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Vaios Bartzokas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egoitz Baeza in the 72nd minute of the match. Hjalmar Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelios Petridis in the 74th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Egoitz Baeza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vaios Bartzokas. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takis Vyntra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hjalmar Bengtsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Hjalmar Bengtsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stelios Petridis went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Delitatika had played much better football throughout.
