Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anthimos Prokovas kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, AEK Rethimnou's Anthimos Prokovas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kostas Sinetopoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Paris Leontiadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Themis Kostis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Makis Piliouras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. xaidari2010's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AEK Rethimnou the free kick. A collision led to xaidari2010 getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Makis Piliouras hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Christodoulos Pantrianakos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Nontas Argyrakis. After having played for 24 minutes, Christodoulos Pantrianakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. xaidari2010's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christodoulos Pantrianakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christodoulos Pantrianakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nontas Argyrakis having to interfere. Nontas Argyrakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themis Kostis in the 27th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Paris Leontiadis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kostas Sinetopoulos. The goal made the score 1-1. Christodoulos Pantrianakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nontas Argyrakis having to interfere. Nontas Argyrakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themis Kostis in the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Themis Kostis to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, AEK Rethimnou's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Kakavetsis came free, but Nontas Argyrakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christodoulos Pantrianakos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nontas Argyrakis having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Themis Kostis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nontas Argyrakis. That made the score 1-2 in the 67 minute of play. Nontas Argyrakis made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Themis Kostis sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind AEK Rethimnou's goalkeeper Nontas Argyrakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to AEK Rethimnou getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Paris Leontiadis hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in AEK Rethimnou's zone, Themis Kostis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nontas Argyrakis came out of the goal and Themis Kostis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nontas Argyrakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themis Kostis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute Themis Kostis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nontas Argyrakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Christodoulos Pantrianakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. xaidari2010 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
