With a little luck, Liverpool Gr's Kostas Karpouzopoulos got control of the ball when Menios Kamaroulias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dimitris Sardinis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute Dimitris Sardinis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Tassoulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Liverpool Gr booed when ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Errikos Eleftheropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitris Tassoulis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Sardinis went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Nikos Lazarakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool Gr's supporters rose to their feet, but Nikos Lazarakos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitris Tassoulis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Marinos Veniamin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marinos Veniamin in the 37th minute of play forced Liverpool Gr's goalkeeper Kostas Karpouzopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menios Kamaroulias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Kostas Karpouzopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Liverpool Gr's goal looked a bit too open when Marinos Veniamin came free, but Kostas Karpouzopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

52 minutes into the game, ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's Menios Kamaroulias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kostas Karpouzopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 56 minutes into the game, Nikos Lazarakos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dimitris Tassoulis. Nikos Lazarakos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Dimitris Sardinis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dimitris Tassoulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nikos Lazarakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Tassoulis having to interfere. Kostas Karpouzopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinos Veniamin in the 71st minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Michalis Tsatsarelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marinos Veniamin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-4 became the score in the 78th minute when Nikos Lazarakos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's zone, Dimitris Sardinis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitris Tassoulis came out of the goal and Dimitris Sardinis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Menios Kamaroulias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kostas Karpouzopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Dimitris Tassoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Lazarakos in the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Liverpool Gr's goal looked a bit too open when Marinos Veniamin came free, but Kostas Karpouzopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marinos Veniamin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kostas Karpouzopoulos having to interfere. The Liverpool Gr players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
