In the 9th minute Alexandros Giannakopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prodromos Kourelas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Giannis Proestos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Loukas Sikas to make any attempt to save it. Prodromos Kourelas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiros Charidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Alexandros Giannakopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loukas Sikas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theofilos Kallivrousis in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Alexandros Giannakopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Prodromos Kourelas came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Boϊmbouka FC's Vladimiros Charidis. But to his dismay, Vladimiros Charidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Prodromos Kourelas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladimiros Charidis's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After 36 minutes, Eleftherios Mendrinos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boϊmbouka FC and the Spartílas BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vladimiros Charidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vladimiros Charidis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 40 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Prodromos Kourelas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Alexandros Giannakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Prodromos Kourelas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boϊmbouka FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Giorgos Labrakoglou scored to the left of an out of position Loukas Sikas, making the score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vladimiros Charidis was the one to do the kick off. Spartílas BC's Prodromos Kourelas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Spartílas BC from getting a goal against them. After 53 played minutes Spartílas BC got a freekick which was hit by Giannis Proestos. Prodromos Kourelas made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Alexandros Giannakopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Boϊmbouka FC's Alexandros Giannakopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Boϊmbouka FC's Vladimiros Charidis in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Spartílas BC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th match minute, Spartílas BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Proestos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Spartílas BC's zone, Alexandros Giannakopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prodromos Kourelas came out of the goal and Alexandros Giannakopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the game, Kostas Piperidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boϊmbouka FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spartílas BC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Boϊmbouka FC's Kostas Piperidis got a free kick in the 80th minute. 84 minutes into the game, Charis Tsigos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boϊmbouka FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spartílas BC the free kick. Charis Tsigos hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Boϊmbouka FC's Eleftherios Mendrinos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. When Vladimiros Charidis came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Boϊmbouka FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimiros Charidis couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Alexandros Giannakopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boϊmbouka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Giannakopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prodromos Kourelas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prodromos Kourelas made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Alexandros Giannakopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Alexandros Giannakopoulos in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Prodromos Kourelas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
