Fragiskos Kasimidis charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fragiskos Kasimidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Panetolikos PC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! 32 minutes into the match, Charis Mamatziolas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giorgos Christodoulou. Glyfada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Charis Mamatziolas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. A collision led to Glyfada FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Menelaos Nikolaou hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Panagiotis Loukanidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Vyntra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Chatziantoniou Papachristos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giorgos Koskinas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alekos Skiadas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iosif Vyntra came out and tried to block the shot, but Alekos Skiadas slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prodromos Galanis was the one to do the kick off. The throw-in from Menelaos Nikolaou in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Panetolikos PC's Trifon Kiprianos. Giorgos Christodoulou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Telis Baroutis in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute, Telis Baroutis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giorgos Christodoulou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charis Mamatziolas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charis Mamatziolas in the 63rd minute of play forced Glyfada FC's goalkeeper Giorgos Christodoulou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Prodromos Galanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Glyfada FC's Alekos Skiadas in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panetolikos PC's goalie prevented a goal. Iosif Vyntra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prodromos Galanis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Telis Baroutis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Giorgos Christodoulou made a huge save. Prodromos Galanis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Vyntra having to interfere. Iosif Vyntra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alekos Skiadas in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prodromos Galanis in the 79th minute of play forced Panetolikos PC's goalkeeper Iosif Vyntra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Vyntra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prodromos Galanis in the 81st minute of the match. Iosif Vyntra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alekos Skiadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Panetolikos PC's Iason Kassapis got a free kick in the 86th minute. Iosif Vyntra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prodromos Galanis in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prodromos Galanis in the 89th minute of play forced Panetolikos PC's goalkeeper Iosif Vyntra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Charis Mamatziolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgos Christodoulou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
